+1, no one asks permission from the players to make their faces, this is much more important than asking permission from a facemaker to release.

Technically, it's only important if you are making monetary benefits from using his likeness.

but there are image rights,the players can process. the facemaker will process who if nor right to make the face of the player he has.
the moment you share there is no turning back. the only thing you can do is stop sharing. but permission, this does not exist. if i want to convert a player from Fifa 14 to 16, i will never ask permission.
