These files won't work on default game.

Some progress on stadium-related files: flag positons now can be imported. They are read from sle-*.loc files. I'm also planning to work on lights (tag-*.loc) and collision (coll-*.bin) import.

Hello Dmitri..I was searching some info on o files and came across this thread. I at the moment trying to insert a trophy model instead of the ball found in this fifa08 cinematics. Let me explain

So this is the trophy in fifa euro cup 2008.




This is the cinematic in fifa08: (as you can see there is a ball)



I found the model of the ball and replaced with model of the corner flag and it worked. So now all I have to do is manage to find the euro cup trophy in fifa euro 2008.



do you have any trophy in .o format?

I have some trophies from older FIFAs (2005 or so). But I think they are not compatible with FIFA 08. Maybe conversion will be needed.
But in any case, you can find the model over the internet and convert it to .o with otools.

When I converted a model from the interenet to .0 using your tool it did not open. Not even with oedit.

I tried one of these .o trophies you gave me. They open in o.edit but in game it came unvisible. Maybe because of the texture .fsh?

Let me explain better. I found a model on the internet and used your tool to convert it to .o format. Then I just used oedit to see if it opens or not. Infact did not open. When i put the model in fifa08 (my mod which I've been working on it for long) made an error.

The trophies you gave me yesterday open up succesfully in oedit. Then I imported the model is fifa08. It opened but it can invisible. I mean no trophy displayed.

My question is this. Instead of the ball displayed in the cinematic. The ball is a 3d model. Can i place a trophy.

with this blender can I open a fifa08 stadium and get the coordinates where to put the flags at least?

OTools 0.160 released
many things changed, so there might be errors
main changes:
-import/export stadium extras
-experimental NHL 2004 support
-bone/skin remap feature (remaps vertex bones/weights from one skeleton to another)
-added translate option (moves the model; takes "x,y,z" as argument)

The download was updated once again:
-fix: import of packed vertex colors in Assimp implemented (gltf). Previously the color was not imported, and the resulting model had transparent colors (so was invisible in-game).

Current otools version is 0.145.
We already converted all FIFA20 Nintendo Switch faces to FIFA Manager. We even converted all generic heads and hairs.

Skinning is now supported.
In total, all 31 shaders which were present in vanilla FM13 files, were added.
Now, when/if there are people who interested in other games, specific shaders for these games can be added.

Messi face from FIFA20 converted to FM13:


I didn't do any special skinning here, all head vertices were attached to spine bone.
Does the face work with FIFA Manager 10? (send multiple messages here :D)
