Online Connex Problem

Ive been on the board for awhile but never needed to post except for now. I just got a new cable modem because the other one was having problems. Ever since I got the new one. I can join online lobby and connect to the game, but the first 5 seconds when the game starts it says "Connection has been lost". So I looked up info for the modem/router and I changed my settings to my starting/ending ports to 3658 which EA said to do. It still won't let me start a game. Any ideas? Thanks
