OS Format & Turf Importer

Guys,

I had to format my windows and after i installed fifa 07 again i cannot use Turf Importer this time as it says:

component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not corrently registered: a file is missing or invalid.

Hrovje or anyone, can you please tell me what i can do to run the program again? It use to work before the format but now it gives me that error.
