so i have news for us fifa 14 enthusiasts. i've been able to achieve some progress in bringing hypervenom (both df and lowcut), ace and nemeziz models from fifa 16. thanks to one awesome dude at blender forums i've been introduced to shrinkwrap modifier in blender that basically can mimic one model to shape another. this operation takes only a few seconds (!) but is in no way perfect - fifa 16 models have more vertices but are smaller in shape than the fifa 14 model i used. so when the fifa 14 model is being transformed there are "extra" verts. and instead of redistributing them where they could actually be useful the algorythm bundles them up in some weird places))
my thinking is that now i need to delete these "extra" verts, then increase the vertex count by exactly the same number. and then run the shrinkwrap modifier again.. the thing is i have no idea how to do all that yet)) so if anyone who knows blender wishes to help let me know.
That's awesome! I really admire your devotion to this. I wasn't able to open FIFA 3D models in blender even (tried FIFA 3D Importer/Exporter script but with no luck). Any chance you try this with FIFA 15 models as well? Maybe it would be easier to bring 16 to 15 models, I mean without "cleaning up extra verticies" part?

thanks, man but no one is doing this for fifa 14 and i'm nowhere near finished... i can help you with the import/export script though. you need blender 2.72 from here https://download.blender.org/release/Blender2.72/ - get the portable zip version and unpack. i couldn't get the 3d importer/exporter 15 to work at first because the fifa15_layout.py file shouldn't be in the fifa_tools folder, it should be in the blender root folder. so once you unpack the fifa_tools folder you need to transfer the file. now working with fifa15 models should be MUCH easier than what i have to deal with because model containers are the same as in fifa16 (at least hypervenom containers are). what model do you want in fifa15?
Thanks! I will try this on weekend when I have a little more time to study some Blender basics as well. I'll be happy to even have those ugly original Hypervenom II models from FIFA 16 in 15, but if I find a way to succeed and it isn't too much time consuming (i.e. cleaning each model manually) I will try to convert every model that is available in 16 and isn't in 15. But from what I see in Blender documentation I am a little afraid that Shrinkwrap Modifier won't work if 3D models are equal in size? And that's probably the case with 15 and 16 models.

I ASK YOU IF YOU KNOW WHAT MODEL OF BOOT I USE TO MAKE IT....such as nemeziz and mercurial

Nike Hypervenom III low cut FIFA 14 model!
It's taken a lot of time but it's ready - a totally new model for Fifa 14.
Let me know if there are bugs - i didn't have the patience to test it extensively.
And feel free to post your screenshots))
