The substitute bench in the parc ol is similar to English stadium, in the stands (we can't see any from the picture posted above). As for the outside, does the stadium has any in the first place? If yes, may be you have to activate ninjaripper when an outside view of the stadium is visible. I know from camera modding that depending on the camera used, the game only load part of the stadium (some replay camera do not include the roof part of the stadium for example).

Good point but I also extracted Etihad Stadium from FIFA 18 with the same method and it had complete environment. So I think that EA doesn't create it. Only a few stadiums have an environment. I'm not 100% sure but maybe someone else can test it.

Do you saw a video with Parc OL? I searched at YouTube and in no video I could see this stadium. Like I said before @mita996 extracted the latest update and there was no new stadium.
