Hi all and happy new year. Sorry for a late reply but I have been far too busy lately with family and work.
The most recent official EA update has pretty much destroyed my previous work so I had to make a rethink to the gp mod.
You can expect an update to both mods within the next few days. I am hoping to provide a much larger changelist to the career mod. This includes some fixes to above issues. It will still be difficult to sign players though. The big issue with fifa is that the team has little to no decision as to whether a player leaves so it is almost impossible to control movement. So the 'love playing here' statement is a way to stop unrealistic movement, for now.
I have removed the attribdb files too. To answer any above questions, no I do not expect you to use them.
Will update soon.

Paul I tried your gameplay v13, great as usual, but the CPU makes too many first pass and close the door not shot but tends to pass.
A question, the file attribdb what is? Change the db?

Paul I've tried your gameplay v.13 and I agree with *Supernova*, the gameplay is good but it seems that CPU little more first pass and it is very difficult to kick at goal. It definitely needs to be changed,or whether there is a possibility that over cl.ini themselves to change it?
Otherwise I tried your gameplay to console xbox360 and works without problems!

It is what EA use to change the gameplay for each game mode. Nobody have been able to decrypt it AFAIK. I always try to keep the DEMO attribdb in my final game so it is all balanced. This year it has not worked as well.
How can I tweak the mod so that there are transfers nearly every day like in real life? Ideally, I'd like it so the top teams buy more players every window.

This is being worked on. At the moment I have done much for the Spanish sides. Also, I haven't had much time to do anything with this recently.

Yep. EA's system is stupid. The TeamTransferDecision doesn't work so they do not decline any transfers from rival's or middle clubs.
So the only thing you have is changing the player decision system. There is a "pairing" system which needs adjusting. Once I figure that out, it will work a little better, I hope.
