Hey guys.. thought I better release this in case you guys want it... :lmao:

Changed a lot of music in the game \\/ , but:

Didn't change the ovation music because I didn't have any good tracks for that.

And when players entrance the match there's no music, I think it's better too just hear the crowd...

That looks really good, but game music is very much a matter of personal taste. As such, I was wondering if you could give a quick tutorial of how to import our own music into the game, and which bits of the AFS play when, as I have a few ideas for what I'd like to put in mine. For now, I'll use this, though. It's way better than the default ingame music!

Convert your music file to the wav format !


Download this->http://files.filefront.com/adxexe/;6164532;;/fileinfo.html , and drop your music file to this adx.exe !

Find your music file (For example you dropped Lloyd.wav and now you have to find Lloyd.adx )

Then open your 0_sound.afs with Dkz Studio and find , what songs do you want to change.

For example you want to change the file -> unknow_00000.adx

Then you rename your file (Lloyd.adx to unknow_00000.adx ) and import your file to 0_sound.afs !

Your file replaces this song and you are

Wow - it's simpler than I thought. One more question, though, that will save me some time... which "unknow_xxxxx.adx" files correspond to which bits in the game? e.g. Which ones are for main menu, which ones are for edit, etc. This info would be very helpful, thanks!

hi there, i have converted my music to wav and then droped it into adx.exe and it seems to be doing some kind of altering but when i look in properties of the track it still says wav format..... should it say adx? also you advised that it would say whatever the track is called with .adx on the ende.g was- queen after conversion- queen.adx. this does not happen for me..... it just says what it said before hand. can you please give us a more detailed tutorial please??? i tried importing the song over with dkz but it was not recognised so im guessing the format of the song never worked! i would be eternally grateful for your help!

Maybe this could help you...
Take all your Music that you have converted to .wav in one folder.
Than open DKZ Studio,go to TOOLS and than to "Multi ADX and WAV Converter"
So in SOURCE point to your Folder with the .wav Files and select a Destination Folder.
Next click START
Now in that Folder you select as Destination all Files are converted to .adx Files.

i really appreciate that! i've been wanting to know how to do this for a while now but no one has gone in to detail and explained it! i've had dkz for ages and had no idea it had a adx converter built in! your instructions were spot on and i'm now able to customise my game! thanks alot!

Painkiller you must drop your wav file on to that adx file -> to get from your wav file -> adx file !

Then use your DKZ studio to convert wav 2 adx !
