[PC] Online Issue - Room list can not be delivered.

Whenever I try to go online everything works except for the one place that I would like to go, The Matchup Lobby. Whenever I try to access it I get the error "The room list can not be delivered from the server." This has occurred since I got the game and only in the matchup lobby, the tournament lobby works.

Customer Support isn't being much help, firstly asking me questions that I already answered in the original email and then giving me solutions that don't seem to change anything.

Has anyone else had this problem?
