If you stay in the center (the way it is) you have to be white, but in the back, Kit is white.

I do not know what to do.

Yeah this is the problem, nowadays many teams got two colors numbers, unfortunately EA still didn't implement that thing in fifa. I suggested two options. First: remove numbers from front, second: change front numbers position to right chest like you already do.
