PES 2008 (PC) Next-Gen or PS2

We are getting closer the release date of the game, and as a long lasting fan, who has been playing it for 10 Years, i cant wait to see and play PES/WE 2008 ...

Anyways, i have transfered from PS2 to PC, (No Jokes, i seriously broke two PS2's with hand, because of the stupid cr*p that happens in PES5), now i keep the computer a little bit far away incase the REF gives a red card for no reason lol

Anywho ... Its official now that the game will contain transfers upto the end of August, but will the PC Version use Next-Gen technology, would it be directx10 supportive, i have a 2900XT and an overclocked E6420 running @3.6GHz ... Great PC, and i'm using Vista X64 Ultimate ...

One more thing, i really want to see the champions of Asia (Iraq) in this game, they really deserve to be included, they are no less powerful than every other Asian team ... i would also like to see more asian teams to pick, and more African teams, there are so much teams which can be inlcuded, and with Blu-Ray for PS3, and the 1TB HDD's for PC, i see no reason to why they shouldn't be included ...

And is it true the Ronaldinho will not be in Brazil Lineup, if it is, thats really BS !!!

Can't help there, I'm not a Fifa fan... I get all that I need from PES, so... maybe you should ask in the Fifa forum.

fifa 2008 for pc will not be next gen....pretty stupid in my opinion...it will be much easier to keep the same rendering engine for every game...especially since todays pc can render next-gen gfx better than the xbox360 and ps3.

Yeah that was really disappointing, i was hoping that Soccer games will evolve this year, both FIFA 2008 and PES 2008 have disappointed me ... FIFA is all good, other then one stupid thing that really destroyed the entire realism of the game ... The stupid TRICK button ... Where in the world do you see a player stoping in the middle of the pitch to start doing FIFA Street tricks, even ronaldinho and c.ronaldo hardly do them in real life ... i heard that PES2008 is next gen for PC, but FIFA2008 is only nxt-gen on PS3 and XBOX 360 ... i'm gonna get both of them when they come out, and i'll write my opinions out ... PES2008 looks ok, but i was expecting it to be much MUCH MUCHHHH BETTER then how it ended up ... Will see when it comes out, they say its 75% complete ... i think the other 25% of the game is JUST the teams that they have to add in, there wont be any modification to the game itself, in terms of gameplay or graphics ...
