PES 2008 (PS3) Slow down!!

Right just got PES 2008 on the PS3, playing it on my 32 inch HD TV in 720p (highest level it supports) and am finding it slows down quite regularly, is everyone else finding this on the PS3 version? I have heard things about this on the PESfan forum but can't get on there at the mo! The 360 version seems to to have slow down on the replays, but nothing like this in game!

I went to my friends house and we played it on the PS3. I hardly noticed anything until his team entered the penalty box. Mate, my friend has the same problem so it cant be your tv. Looks as if the xbox 360 version wins on this slowdown issue

P.S: good thing im gettin in on xbox 360!!! :Carlos*o:

yeah i've had the 360 version on my tv since, it plays perfectly apart from the replays! I hate the controller though, and the game speed is way too fast this year! Very dissapointing effort from Konami! Shame Fifa is still so so sh!t, as if it was any good, hardcore pes fan's would result to playing that for a year and may make konami buck their ideas up, they have bin lax now for a couple of years! Getting the game to run smoothly is fundamental, and its perfectic that they can't achieve this! Its not like the graphics are even that good!
