If you look more close, there is a gap between players foot and ball, and ball behavior looks very unnatural in some touches. Same old PES problem. Nice video, though

I've played FIFA 13 and think it's better than PES 13. PES 14 will have to be really good for me to switch back, but it's not looking like it.

Perhaps in this case I do not agree with all of you friends, I've played the FIFA 14 demo, though my observation is not that good I have to say in this thread; but few that need to be observed are: movement and animation of rigid, the ball rolled sharply and wild, off the game controls and such oddity occurs that I've post it to nice in game thread fifa 14.
PES 2013 I admit having a bad face models such as a screenshot once I post, but PES 2014 looks otherwise. Similarly, the animation has been much expanded, has a gravity system, the effect of waving a nice kit, collusion and the body contact is also good. Anyone can see it clearly,
It looks like it is not owned by any current game even a demo.

Great video, but MASS still looks like old engine. Players sometimes just floats near each other, it doesn't look that realistic, especially in the replays compared to Impact Engine (I MEAN ON PHYSICAL PLAY ONLY). I already said that and gave example:

Bro, you need to post some examples if you're going to make a claim like that. I've been following discussions on both games on several sites, and not once has anyone brought this up.

BTW, I'm not claiming PES 2014 is going to be better than FIFA 14 NG or even CG. PES has been unplayable for years, and smoother animations and enhanced graphics mean nothing if the AI and player control hasn't been fixed. But looking at both games in motion, there's no comparison at this point. PES 2014 in motion looks like a real-life football match much of the time. FIFA 14 NG never looks like anything other than a very mediocre video game. There's nothing next-gen about it; it looks like a direct port of current-gen FIFA with enhanced graphics.

PES undoubtedly looks more like real-life football, I meant only physical play, jostling, sliding etc...

4:24, 7:14, 8:24 - Players floating in some situations. I think Impact Engine is still showing better collisions and behavior during physical play. Some weird PES 2014 animations are visible in more videos.

Impact Engine > MASS ...at least for what I noticed so far. That does not mean MASS is not tweaked in full release and looks much better. I'm now actually very excited about PES 2014 and cant wait to try it. After giving lots of attention to both full release versions of FIFA nad PES I'll give my final feedback.

I do agree here with you. Improvement on PES 2014 is huge, nevertheless my thoughts of MASS not being full potential stays. Yes, FIFA animations are too fast and unrealistic from time to time, and PES 2014 showed better performance in that. In last 2 days I experimented with FIFA sliders with Slow game speed and it result in very satisied gameplay where fast animations dropped to the minimum. Speaking about graphics and faces, well Neymar in video you posted looks like old man, I mean really, it's not that good. But faces won't have big part in my judgment as much as graphic look of PES in general, which looks amazing nevertheless bad face lighting and pale textures.

I really like the effect of the fall in players and individual movements are very smooth-in many video preview I almost no longer see cyborg who play soccer, but its become the actual human prototype, and very positive think that we will be able to post the screenshoot image from Pes 2014; I suggest that you immediately make "PES2014 Nice in game Thread"... cant wait for PC release...

Most users here are FIFA oriented, but I believe if I bite for PES 2014 Master League seriously, I'll open a thread for it and hopefully will stick to it as before.

Hahaha, look old Neymar is still in the perspective of console-quality resolutions have not been as good as the PC & maybe we can see the appearance of the face of PES 2014 3D better, and unfortunately the only this guy who has full access to the game for a while.

Yup & I actually choose a gaming oriented graphics quality as you certainly know why I was not involved in the project several previous versions of PES, and PES 2014 seems to have answered my needs so I'm going to turn the graphics forum for PES 2014. Lets make a rock.. 2pi would also like to join here ..
