Just for kicks as this section of forum is almost dead, I miss Waldo posts from his ML days too.

I decided to start World Challenge with Brazil and I know World Cup is over, but I haven't really played this mode.

There should not, but maybe I did put it up here when it was still processing. Stupid me .

Final episode: The grand finale



That was a nice warm up as haven't really played PES 2014 that much (put it down 2 weeks after release). Surprisingly I find it better football wise than FIFA 14. Animation wise it's also great, but the thing that let the series down last year, was responsiveness issues. Massive lags, animations needing to finish before next kicked in, overall sluggishness was felt.

PES 2015 shapes up to be great step up from that and more down PES 5/6 route. I am excited .

I seriouly hope Konami gives us at least a decent ML like PES13, I can live with every ugly thing because the gameplay is what makes it really enjoyable. Not the fcking real faces. Who cares about that when we don't use player camera.

I have given up on FIFA 14 on PC after I bought it. Realized how broken it was really and only remedy to solve some issues was to set game speed to FAST, sprint to 0 and acceleration to 50 (or how I tested on FIFA 13, 100 - brings it close to my PES 6 expectations :F).

However, like I said, PES 2014 despite it's massive flaws, plays superior football on pitch. You actually have to think in football terms to beat teams. It's not about pace or over the top through balls to wings/cross header goals, which is a plague on FIFA 14 NG as far as I know and sadly, FIFA 15 follows same route from beta videos I watched!

They haven't fixed the issues I saw. I am quite positive they won't fix those issues on release date either cause, online players = majority of FIFA players.
