PES 3 - Help me guys.

Look...
I know it's old, but I've given my copy of PES 3 to a friend because he doesn't have a DVD-Rom, so he can't install PES 4.
These are his System Specs.
Windows XP Professional
System Manufacturer: AWARD_
System Model: AWRDACPI
BIOS: Phoenix - AwardBIOS v6.00PG
Processor: Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.80GHz
Memory: 256MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200
Latest graphics card drivers.

And the max. he can run PES 3 is at 640x480 - high.
Why is that? I honestly don't remember which were the different ways to get it working properly, but I believe that with HIS system specs he should be able to run it at 1024x768 - high, too.

Please, help.

but PES3 was on DVD wasn't it?
not enough memeory and poor gfx card, do a search for 3danalyser

Correct. WE7I was on CD Rom.

BTW: Isn't his GFX a great video card? I thought it was.

nah the 5200s kinda... suck

256mb ram can also be a problem... that'll struggle to run XP alone

Problem is the memory and GFX card. I have a 5200 too, 256 DDR RAM, still, i get a lot of slowdown on fullscreen. I play PES 3 on 800x600 high on windowed, i'm happy with it.
