PES 4 Online update?

HI

Does anyone know how to change the teams and logos for online play with pes 4?

Ive used EditPES4OptionFile to create a para_we8 and the roosters change BUT not the teamnames and logoos and flags.

What tool do i need to change that? Ive seen patches changing it but i dont know how.

Ive made updated roosters for :

Liverpool
Blackburn
Chelsea
Arsenal
Real Madrid
Barcelona
Inter Milan
Juventus
Hull City
Southampton
QPR
Newcastle
Lyon
Werder Bremen
Aston Villa

AND all Euro 2008 teams

now i have created a few Swedish teams and want them to replace som teams. It works offline but not online...

I know i had a program a few years ago(in spanish i think).

Well i think it is in Portugese and yes I found it.....AND it doesnt work for 1.10
