He asked when the demo was out.

And the PC will probably have the same graphics as the PS2 (slightly better), but it won't have 360 graphics. And I believe the Xbox 360 has the same engine as the PS2 just with more animations. Just expect the PC to be almost identical to the PS2 version.

And there is no official date for the demo.

The Pc version on a top end graphics card will be sugnificantly better than PS2, a pc with two gig ram, decent processor and a 7900 gtx would also probably produce better visuals than the 360 which to me is not all its cracked up to be.

Wrong! They've made a new engine from scratch for the 360 version. Better graphics, better sound, better AI. The same engine will be used for the PS3 version.

The only crappy thing is that you can only play 1 vs 1 online! Just read an interview with Seabass. :(

To be honest, I wouldn't wanna play more than 1vs1. You'll get some dickheads that will hog the ball or just constantly piss about.

I guess that next gen on PC would rule out most of the actual users because of the required specs

No , not wrong . They have made the stadiums from scratch but not the base gameplay and have only tweaked this base in the 360 version NOT written the 360 version from scratch ...

Seabass ...

"All of the PS2 stadium models simply won't work on a next-gen platform so they have all been created from scratch. As for AI, we've worked hard on it in previous games and it's a very precious asset to us so we didn't want to start from scratch. Instead we've taken the basic AI from previous games and improved it."

So the AI is not Next Gen , its base PS2 that has been tweaked! The guys own words ..

I'm not expecting pes6 to be much different from pes5 seeing it's still based on the ps2 version :boohoo: , especially online, the game will lag probably the same.

If the pc version was the next gen though, then you can only assume the lag would be even worse online thanks to the more detailed graphics ?

Well PES 6 is really just a stopgap I thought. PES WE 2007 is supposed to be the true next-gen. I'll be happy if they tweak up the PES 5 gameplay and get rid of too many whistles and other issues which it looks like they're doing.

As for the 360 version, the graphics look like a step-up in screen-shots but I've heard that the real impressive part is the increased animation detail. I'd be a little ticked if it didn't at least have a few rows of 3D spectators though. My main concern would be the 360 controller. The D-pad on that thing blows (Seabass noted that its not great in the IGN interview) and the shoulder buttons are awkward. Also, I'm not sure whether you can use custom OF's with the 360 or not which would suck.

I'm going to stick with the PC versions regardless cause of the modding scene.

Has anyone heard or read what are the requirements for the game?? my lap top ia aging but i can't f........ afford to buy a new one just to play a game (well if I had money I would.........).

I hope I won't be out of pes6 because of limitation of my money/technology.........

By the way i would be happy to have a better audio, whenever I look at some fifa videos I am always impressed by the commentator.

WTF??? WEPES2007 is American version and is da tweak from PES6 just like WE9I is slightly different from PES5

Analog sticks for Xbox 360 is WAY BETTER THAN CRAPPY PooS controller's anal sticks which cant afford rumble so it wont be problem.
