PES Face conversion

As I have seen there isn't like a tutorial for PES face conversion. Altough there is bunch of tutorials and facemakers who convert FIFA faces to PES (what makes me very jealous).
That's why I wanna ask, do you guys have some tutorial step by step of how to do a proper conversion. I saw some modders, who converted faces and I'm very thankful.

I have two dreams regarding faces but we are talking about science fiction.

1) a tool that converts directly from PES to FIFA.

2) a tool similar to Facegen but with many more selectable vertices that does a sort of "scan" of the model from the photos. It would mean having a model and textures ready in minutes.

The first it's hard. The second I think is less science fiction given the presence of a tool like Facegen

The Vipper 12, the dekka Modders etc. The are so many modders, who are converting fifa faces to pes.

I' ve found a guy. I think Jonathan Facemaker who have some services, I'm willing to pay. But he is not active at the moment.

The problem is that the turning points in FIFA are born for free, they must be born for free, otherwise they are not real turning points. They remain niche. The tools by tooke, by Rinaldo. They have revolutionized and opened up editing because they are free. A paid tool leads to the production of faces for a fee... to recoup the costs.
