How to install & requirements:
- this tool can be installed on Windows 7/8/10, 32-bit or 64-bit
- install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019
- install DirectX 9.0c End-User Runtimes (June 2010)
- unzip the folder with the tool, open KitConverter.exe file to launch the tool

Any chance to convert kits to FIFA 2004?

For each new conversion type, a lot of work must be done in Blender or another 3d software.
You need to open the target-game kit model, then open source-game kit texture (jersey/shorts/socks must be combined to one texture, if they are separate), then map the texture onto the model by modifying UV coordinates (UV map).

And it's still not easy when you have kits with long and short sleeves, different collars, armband etc.

And it's still not easy when you have kits with long and short sleeves, different collars, armband etc.
I think the most complicated part is a jersey torso part.
Indeed there are many different collars, but a collar is a small part of geometry, so maybe it's not that hard to do it.
For sleeves it's only short and long, and you need to work only on one side because the other can be just inverted.
The armband is just a rectangle, can be done in few seconds.
