- this tool can be installed on Windows 7/8/10, 32-bit or 64-bit
- install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 (if you have 64-bit system, install both x64 and x86 versions)
- install DirectX 9.0c End-User Runtimes (June 2010)
- unzip the folder with the tool, open KitConverter.exe file to launch the tool

Very, very nice. I didn't expect that. That's a pity that we can't convert kits from PES to FIFA for now, but ok, I'll wait.

And that I can't convert FIFA 07 kit to FIFA 11-16 format. I know that would be useless for most of you, but I'd like to have at least placeholders or references to my FIFA 07 Remaster mod

The approach which is used in this tool allows to convert from/to other games; and not just kit textures. But for each conversion type you need to create a conversion model, which could be a complicated thing (Blender or other 3d-software skills are required). So it's only limited by your time and desire.

Which I don't have. So I'll ask obvious question. How can I open FIFA 07 body model in Blender?

I only need an answer to one question: is it ever possible to convert faces from pes and fifa “O” format to fifa rx3? Or it is impossible and dont dream about it?

You mean just extracted FIFA 07 body model?

No.
You need to extract the model and map the new texture onto it.

-some improvements for PES conversion model
-added TV-PopUp colors (Season 2020/FM 21)
