Play with female player on Career Mode. Is it somehow possible?

it's possible and it's working quite good. I'm having the ladies in my careers since FIFA 16
You should use RBDM (here) and edit the tables. Best way is to edit the teamplayerlinks table and change every entry with a women's team to eg. 111592 (free agents). You just need to know the team IDs of the women's clubs and national teams. You can get them from the spredsheets here, @Aranaktu and @FIFER made.
Even then you can't transfer them ingame (anymore, been possible until 2021, IDK) via main menu, but when you start a carrer they are available for transfer.
Attention: some players are there twice since they are also linked to their national team. So you should delete the doubles.
If you don't know how to use RDBM, take your time and learn it. You can do quite some stuff editing the tables.

Yeahh! It worked. The tip about free agents was great as well. I was kinda losing hope it would be possible.

So, before I got to know that there's a way to transfer female players to male teams, I was using a glitch to use a female player created on Pro Clubs in career mode. I've just finished my third season, so I decided to make a highlights video including some of her goals. I'll link the video down below.
