Hi. how to use the player gloves so that they do not just snow?

You mean to have players wear gloves during all matches, not just during winter or snow? That can bet set in Creation Manager 14. There's a field for gloves at the bottom of the general player tab. It may be under accessories.

You may also be able to assing gloves to specific players with lua files. Check the Revolution Mod tutorial for the correct statements.
