The problem isn't difficulty it is time. There are thousands of different models that all have to be adjusted to work. This has already been attempted and still needs work. Maybe in the future, something will be released.

This is just FIFA 14. You need a powerful PC and FIFA 21

Good friend, be careful, I am not a professional converter or manufacturer like you, so I am not expected to do this, but you and other manufacturers and converters can definitely do it easily.
