Please Help,any roster update?

Since you have a clean install...you may want to go ahead and install Ockham's CEP...that's got ALL the teams and ALL the players and all the leagues and tournaments you could ever want.
I'm also partial to to my Coca Cola Championship patch which is available from FIFA-MRA...it has the very latest Premiership and Championship rosters from the end of the year...as well as updates for "G-14" teams and Hearts, Celtic and Rangers in the SPL.
Of course, no one has done a roster update that includes the latest player moves like Scheva to Chelsea or anything like that. We roster patchers won't go to work on those kinds of things until probably the end of the transfer window in September. My suggestion if you want to do that is download either the CEP or the Championship patch and use the in game-team editor function.
