Please help on installing faces...

Hi this is my problem, Im playing a tournamet in Fifa and save my game. I then install new faces using Creation Center and follow all the correct steps to do so. I then save in CC and create Fat and BH files as well. I made some squad changes in CC in the team im playing the tournament and save as well. When I load the tournament in Fifa game my squads are gone and it boots to the desktop. Is there a way to avoid this problem when editing in CC??
