Can Somebody help me please ?

I wanna choose my own captain.. Penalty taker.. Free kicker etc..
But when i am in the tatics screen its al fild in automaticaly..
DOes somebody now how to change it ?
Because i wanna make my own list

Because now my goalkeeper is taking 3th penaltys..

p.s. Sorry for the bad english.. I'm from holland

In the tactic screen you have to click on the icon "roles" , i discovered it last night :33vff3o:
