Pls help, Creation Master 11 not opening suddenly

Hey, everyone, if someone is there, could you help me? I use FIFA 11 still, still added teams and things for my game day-by-day. I installed Sid Meier's Civilization Beyond Earth (which updated soem things like games likes to do) and TOCA Race Driver 3, and now suddenly CM 11 don't want to work anymore. I get this:

Deleted Civ and TOCA, deleted and reinstalled Microsoft Net-Framworks, not use. Someone can help? (Trine 4 also was up and updated things and still worked after it.)

I downloaded Creation Master cause I wanted to do a cm with my club legends and I had already in-game transfered and created all of them to my club and I can play with them in-game.The thing is I lso wanted to change their ages and I cant do that on players wich were already in the Showbox jiofi.local.html tplinklogin game

Have you tried giving CM11 admin privileges? In my computer it only opens if I choose "Run as admin".
