I think I've got some feedback regarding the service and support on this site.
It's just very poor.
2 or 3 days ago I had a question and used the "contact us" form. No reply, and don't think I will get one in the future.
And I also got no reply on my thread in this feedback and support section. Is there any support at all?
So I decided to state my question(s) via pm to one of this site's admins. Guess what: No reply!
And on top I get a bollocking for creating multiple threads for my kit upload. I mean I asked the admins quite often why it didn't work for me to create a thread and upload my kits but I got no help. I got confusing and displaced error messages instead!
So I had to figure it out on my own. And if you need to figure something out on your own, quite often the only way to do so is the good old "trial and error method". So it took me 7 trials and 6 errors till I finally got my thread created. So in the end it was actually 1 thread that was published and it seems that the other six ones were directed to the admins for review. I'm so sorry you had to delete six threads. That must have been plenty of work.
And then I get a bollocking for multiple thread creation and spamming? The joke is that an admin spammed my thread for that...
So if you ask me for a suggestion: Get a dictionary and look up what "support" and "service" means.
