Poor service and no support at all

Hi there!

I think I've got some feedback regarding the service and support on this site.

It's just very poor.

2 or 3 days ago I had a question and used the "contact us" form. No reply, and don't think I will get one in the future.

And I also got no reply on my thread in this feedback and support section. Is there any support at all?

So I decided to state my question(s) via pm to one of this site's admins. Guess what: No reply!

And on top I get a bollocking for creating multiple threads for my kit upload. I mean I asked the admins quite often why it didn't work for me to create a thread and upload my kits but I got no help. I got confusing and displaced error messages instead!

So I had to figure it out on my own. And if you need to figure something out on your own, quite often the only way to do so is the good old "trial and error method". So it took me 7 trials and 6 errors till I finally got my thread created. So in the end it was actually 1 thread that was published and it seems that the other six ones were directed to the admins for review. I'm so sorry you had to delete six threads. That must have been plenty of work.

And then I get a bollocking for multiple thread creation and spamming? The joke is that an admin spammed my thread for that...

So if you ask me for a suggestion: Get a dictionary and look up what "support" and "service" means.

Then check your own signature. As far as I know 400x300 and 345kb are more than the allowed 300x100 and 300kb. Correct me if I'm wrong. 7/10 signatures in this forum exceed the limitations...

And no the information on why I was unable to post wasn't mailed to me. There was a mail regarding that topic but there were other reasons. Mysteriously now e.g. all the images I posted appear in my threads although I changed nothing at all...

I'm actually the total opposite of that greedy fans as I usually have a great understanding for other people. BUT I have no understanding for taking a job or a position if you can't make the grade.

It's like those snobs in school or at the university who take a job just to feel important and tell other people they are too busy and have no time for their requests and issues although dealing with those issues is actually their job.

There's still the possibility of "hiring" another moderator though...

Sorry if this might sound a bit rude to you, but - as I already stated - I don't care what they're doing and where they doing it. If they have no time to make the grade as a moderator then they should leave that kind of job or get more moderators. I don't take a job or a responsibility I can't fulfil.

PS: Isn't you signature too large as well? Or am I missing some parameters? So how big am I allowed to upload my signature?

This is why regularcat's FIFA Forum dictatorship is unquestioned, it is because he has to run a forum with people like you popping up every day and ruining it with stupidity.

People that stick around for years and years are cut some slack on the strict application of all rules; people who show up and break them immediately are not given the same slack.

You know, the year was 2002. The World Cup in Korea and Japan was winding down. I only just entered the world of FIFA PC gaming. This was all pre-Abramovich.

It was actually the middle of June - June 15th to be exact. I went down to the local PC store and bought FIFA World Cup 2002. First game was Italy vs France. Somehow, Damiano Tommassi scored the game-tying goal in a 3-3 game. I also had a lot of luck with Argentina in that game. I'd sub off one Valencia player and bring on another - they'd score for fun.

The World Cup ended. I needed some way to transform that game into the club version. I couldn't figure out how to successfully install a patch to do that. It just ruined the game (software) itself - wouldn't load at all. I uninstalled and re-installed. I decided to go with a brand new set of kits for the players to liven things up.

So what did I do? I downloaded new kits. Instructions for how to install them were non-existent. It did not amount to anything because I couldn't install the kits.

MORAL of the story: MY problem was worth posting about! YOUR problem IS not. If it worked then don't waste your time complaining. You should keep that in mind - it will save you a lot of frustration on this forums. Hope you have a good time and it seems like you have had better luck than me with the world of kits. Don't let matters of trivia bog you down. And don't think it is worth posting and complaining about - it certainly is not.
