to change the hair style and color, you have to.
go into DRC select the face, and the kits (optional for face makers) select APPLY CHANGES in both parts (if you don't put any kit, then you don't have to apply the changes there).
Ok, now go into FCDB XP or FED, and load the fifa 2002/cmn/FU
yes!, it's not the FE folder, it's the FU folder.
Load the file that it's in there.
ok, now change the PLayer 1 (if it's a goalkeeper) or Player 2 (if it's a field player).
That's it!
See ya!
