We want to created second divison which have 16 teams in it we want to replace saudi leauge becouse they have same amount of teams in it now the problem is we dont know what to do becouse the saudi teams playes in Asia and other leauge we replaced the romanian leauge is in europen competiton. any thing we can do about it. another thing we wanted to have between the two leauges promotion and regoltion how to do it as well. and we need to added all the sadi teams to the cup that all the teams from both leauges can compete in it. can you help us how to edit it?
