Problem opening cm4

whenever i try to run cm4 this messgae comes up. Any help would be appreciated

how do i do that when i cant even open cm4

when i try to run it it gets to the point where its about to open and then cuts out.

try right clicking on the .exe and see what you can deselect.

i tried everything that i could possibly change in the exe file and i still get the same message

How about forcing a windowed mode?

Put {"CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\CM4\CM4.exe" -small_screen -windowed} in the "target" box of the desktop icon - without the {accolades}, and with the proper location -, apply, and run.
