Problem to open Wipe3d files

Hello i try to edit wipe3d for replay logo in FIFA16 but my tool Jenkey's FIFA file explorer not work with my windows version.
Is there anyone that can help me to solve this problem?
In which way i can open and use the program?

I use Virtual PC, emulating WINDOWS XP... hence the application works without restrictions... being able to deploy textures from WIPE, NUMBERKITS and many more things.
