Problem with building stadiums on fifa manager 07

Right....problem is that I'm tryin to increase the capacity of my teams stadium. I tried to build a stand (behind goal 2) and I ordered it to be built but when i go to the stadium section with all the stadium details on it just says "work not started yet, will take 6 weeks" and just stays like that and never gets built even tho it has taken the money for it. please help people, thanks.

Had the same problem, but after a while it started building it anyway. Maybe its waiting for the season to end so that people can stil come to the games?
