Problem with Head Models in Blender

All facemakers who use Blender for modelling, can I get help?

I tried making faces with blender but I have a problem.

I followed vegasos tutorial on youtube

but when I put the image it does not show on the model can anyone help or give advice on how I can make it show up?

here is my problem

You see "Edit Mode" and there right a little bit there is square icon in Draw type (at your screen it's Wireframe) - YOU SHOULD CHANGE IT INTO TEXTURED (just click arrows near that square icon) !!!
