Problem With Importing Mesh File

Hi guys, i'm starting to making boots but i'am new at this. I can change coeffs,colour and normal textures but i can't change mesh file. For example i'm exporting shoe74's mesh. After that i come to shoe73's mesh and press import. After importing shoe74's mesh the boot disappears in the mesh screen as i just shared. Can you please help me i'm desperate. I want to change mesh file's too not only the texture files because i want it look closer to the original. (I have alpha version)
