problem with patch

i had install j-league patch into my fifa 11 and it work....but in the middle of a match,when i'm trying to change player...the formation become messy(formation showed in the team management screen).....i try to click the formation button,then my fifa 11 crashed....can anyone help me pleaseeee......some of my other patch also having this kind of problem......:md:
