Problem with Profiles and saving them, can anyone help?

I have a problem after each game it says do you want to save profile and if i say yes, it says unable to save. If i go to change level to pro instea dof semi rpo, it cant save it too, so each time i have 2 change it on my own. For some reason it doesnt save profiles, any idea why? thank you very much!
