Problem with tournament

I have problem with my tournament mode. When a create new tournament, save it and get out, fifa crash when i try to open it again, i check all tournaments, they are correctly done. Earlier i had problems with manager mode because i have too many players and teams, but i dont understan why saved tournament wont work?
