I uploaded here the BMS scripts u can use for extracting files from the games:
- FIFA online 3
- FIFA online 4 (beta)

There s a problem with filenames,
as they are not included in the .big file headers
File names will be unknown,
but some can be found by opening the files (with file master, hex-editor, ...)


Steps to follow :

1. Extract (without file names)
* use BMS script
- for chunkzip compressed files :
1+2_BMS_scripts\1_extract\raw_ea_10fb_dumper_FO3 - chunkzip.bms
- for chunklzx compressed files :
1+2_BMS_scripts\1_extract\raw_ea_10fb_dumper_FO3 - chunklzx.bms

for FO4:
* chunkzip : data_graphic1 to data_graphic5
* chunklzx : data_graphic6 to data_graphic8

2. Decompress files
* use BMS script

3. Names files

Hey, totally new to this forum. I´ve added a lot of edits and was wondering if you had another link to download the classic faces above since the one up appears to be broken. I would be really thankful.

Thank you for this. With regards to FO4. I've managed to follow steps 1 and 2 and end up with a whole bunch of files named (for example) 000000xa and so on. When I run the Step 3 it doesn't do anything. I'm not bothered about getting the correct names. I'm more concerned with getting to the textures and rx3 files. What can I do next? I am in particular only interested in getting to the faces so I can do conversions.

just rename it (chu to rx3)

cafe.naver no longer extracts FO3 files...

there s been an engine change for FO3 : u need latest for FIFA 11 engine or for the newer engine...

I have some questions.
This method still works? I downloaded FO3 and been a very happy, cuz i see the faces from FIFA 16 and FIFA 17 inside. And this means than is possible to take faces into my FIFA 14 (my PC so bad).

Is it possible?

This is very difficult for me, i make first two steps and have files like 00000000.chu, but i can't understand third step, in your tutorial at first page, this is for FIFA 11 but FO3 engine changed to FIFA 14, so hard to understand cuz i don't know english language so good as european people (i from Ukraine).
Maybe you already extracted all faces from FO3 (Impact Engine)? If you already have this faces, can you give me a link, please?
Or if you don't extract that faces files, can you make a step-by-step tutorial, maybe video, i think this is been very important for old FIFA Community who don't have a good PC but want to play with new faces in Career Mode.

This is just for file extracting, and those faces as far as I know must be converted using additional 3D software. But there are already many faces converted from FIFA16, 17, 18 and even 19 and ready to download to 14, just look around in FIFA14 Editing section.

I know about this, i use that faces a years ago, only FIFA 15 converted faces to FIFA 14 looks good (only some faces like Weimann are bugged), but FIFA 16, 17 and 18 converted faces to FIFA 14 looks bad (problems with some hairs, eyes and to big head size).
I download FIFA Online 3 (same engine with FIFA 14) and here faces from FIFA 16 and FIFA 17 looks perfect (FIFA 18 faces not included in FO3).
I see Harry Kane's face in FO3 and it looks perfect, head size is normal, everything ok, and now see the Harry Kane's converted face from FIFA 17 to FIFA 14 his head is too big, but in FO3 in the same engine his head looks normal, this faces converted from FIFA 16, 17 and 18 PS3 versions, there is same engine like in FIFA 14 but different bodyes and heads and this converted faces looks bad in FIFA 14 (with a few exceptions).

Yes I understand and I agree that many of them have bugs or are out of scale. Sorry but I can't help you with any info about conversion, I honestly don't even know if it is possible? I think most new conversions are made from Nintendo Switch. Also about head size @pillowbiter had addressed this in his own thread here http://www.soccergaming.com/index.php?threads/boot-models-sons.6465608/, his conversions are the closest to perfection you will find around here.

I think it would be best if you start "research" thread in FIFA14 Faces section and try to gather some info on this topic by asking someone who is experienced in converting faces. I'm sure there are more people interested in this (me included) so it's definetly worth a try! Good luck.
