PS3's Controller, or should I say an Xbox 360 rip-off! (Funny)

hi guys, I know that some of you are totally pissed of why I opened this thread here, but seriously guys, what you are going to see is 100% comedy! lol.

An MTV interviewer has this talk with a guy from the PS3 division in GC 2006, and they talk about the PS3 in general. (Nothing new or different from Xbox 360 I assure you)

So anyways, I laughed my ass off when I knew that PS3 disks are inserted in a slot DVD-drive, instead of a tray!!! I know it's space consuming and all but come on, not on a console that a wide range of ages uses, In other words, Your disk will get some scratches whether you like it or not, and if your disk sticks inside then you are kind of doomed (Not profissional at all).

The second thing is that there are only 4 USB slots (4 controllers), which proves wrong all the other reviews when they said 7 USB slots.

The funniest thing of all: The PS3 controller is a total rip-off of the Xbox 360 controller and with NO vibration! (That explains the light wight) HAHAHHAHA, they copied the same idea of having a power button on the console, and having a four-lights player number detector, which is also available in Xbox 360 but much better and in front. They even copied the exact idea of the L2 and R2 pressure sensitive technology from Xbox 360.

What a funny day today. Some people do not get that PS3 is doomed in front of Xbox 360 and especially with its high cost price.

Please do not make this thread a hate-crime on any console, just give me your thoughts on the video! lol

i dunno about you but the vibration stopped working on my console about a mounth after i brought my ps2


seroisly isant there more to life than to follow the game console wars

it will only matter really after they are all release their consoles (ps3, nintendo) and what emerges as the best value and quality for money

no point really stating the ps3 is doomed, people said that when the dreamcast came out

I dont think the consumer will not buy a console because they "copied" ideas from other consoles
And who cares about copying anyway. You can say xbox360 copied the presurre L2+R2 from sega dreamcast.
We can even go back further and say all shoulder buttons are copied from nintendo snes. And even back further and say all gamepads are copied from nintendo 8bit.

I think the ps3 looks slick and the disc tray is amazing stylish and you wont scratch anything if you handle your discs with care

Anyway im getting the ps3 and he gets a place right next to my xbox360

Do you really think Sony would be that stupid to make the disk scratching every time a gamer wants to insert the disk into a PS3 ?

ok. No vibration--->Surely, customers can complain to Sony. I'm sure Sony will resolve it.

Come on, there's a policy of refund/exchangeable in certain days/months from a store if there's a problem for a controller.

PS3' controller is not a total rip-off of the 360 controller, its just the same as the perfect old PS2 controller. Just the two L/R buttons being sensitive doesn't make it a rip-off. Actually Sony started with the whole analog button thing with the PS2 long before Xbox was even in sight.

all companies copy each other so its not that big of a deal. I'm glad because it makes it easier when I go to a friends house that has 360 and I can adjust easily. Those first XBox controllers sucked but I love the new ones.
