putting off penalty taker

in the tips & hints section under penalty shootouts. It says you can put off the penalty taker by touching the bar or shocking your opponents controller but the manual doesnt tell me how to do it. can i do these things on pc and if so, how?

Circle and Square should make your 'keeper do wavey motions and X sends vibrations to your opposition's pad.

i dont think thats possible on PC. you can only do it on PS2 because of the vibration.

It is technically possible for the pc, but I'm sure if Ea has implemented that. My controller has vibrations.
