Juventino.

They have the best left-back in the world as in Filipe Luis, decent centre-back partnership and a reliable RB when it comes to defense.

Kimmich is an allrounder who's fantastic. You can always rely on Kroos to give him the ball and dictate the play. There's Renato Sanches acting as a box-to-box midfielder who never seems to run out of energy, and also contributes to attack.

Isco is Isco, fantastic playmaker who can play basically anywhere and roam around and track back when necessary.

Agüero (when injury-free) is one of the best forwards in the world with Cavani doing the dirty work and also scoring when necessary, so it's an easy pick for me at least.

Also the team is more balanced all-around.

Regarding the other team - too innovative for my liking. Pepe and Piqué are one of the world's best centre-backs, but I'm not really a big fan of the system. Aurier and Guerreiro are good wing-backs when necessary, Mascherano can always be relied on.

Modrić would dictate the play from the midfield with Ramsey fulfilling the box-to-box duties and Payet is just class. Alexis can be a bit inconsistent, but he's quality too.. I'm not a big fan of Rooney.. I mean it's not a bad team at all but I suppose if those two teams should meet, it would go in Juventino's favour.

Uhm.. What?
I mostly based that on last season and it's not like he's going to be any worse this season. Actually he's been really consistent over the last few years, bar the one he wasted at Chelsea, barely getting to play.

The guy has tireless energy, great technique which is useful when going forward, and on top of that he's really good when it comes to defending too. He's a complete package so to speak. A balanced player in every aspect.

Alaba is similar (being balanced-wise), so it actually might be between those two. But I've seen many more errors from the Austrian in defence over the years though. He's more of a threat in offence though, no question about that.

Who else is there? Marcelo? Jordi Alba? I'd put Marcelo into the top three with the ones mentioned above. He's incredible when attacking, but can be a liability in defence.

Jordi Alba is similar, but a better defender. So actually when it comes to the third spot it's between those two.

1-2. Filipe Luis/Alaba
3. Marcelo/Jordi Alba

IMO
