[ question ] about FIFA 12 editing

Hello guys ,
i know that this forum have many experts about editing ,
so i have a question ..
for sure all of u know that FIFA 12 PC = FIFA 12 console

but i have information that Arabic commentary will be for consoles only .
so ,
can we transfer commentary files from the console version to the PC version ?
especially they are the same this year .

ok , but i think that our version will be availabe in middle east only ..
so , i think no one of you can see the Arabic commentary files .
anyway we'll wait

just cause the game is the same dont mean the file formats will be.

i know for a fact console uses different file formats than pc does.
