I have no idea how are heads made in Konami's side, but to be able to convert them you'd need matching number of vertices between the models and also matching order of indices (order of faces in the models), which is highly unlikely since the indices aren't the same even between Fifa games (that's why you can't use Fifa Online 3 faces that aren't even in Fifa 16 for example)
