I've got only one element of the ball left to make, and after that I can send you the textures.

Excellent work man! At first, I didn't think that the F50's wouldn't look all that great, but I tested them out and they look fine! The only edit that I would make, would be to add a little more to the 11Pro's outsole, so that it doesn't look plain in-game. Also, can you do (or provide a stud template for) the Maestri 2's? It'd be awesome to convert some older cleats to Fifa 13, but I don't have the correct stud template.

Can you use an old template like DavidReis did and just lay the textures on the pentagonal template correctly. I just don't know how to make it. And I don't have the template of course.

The outsole is in the first half, and the stud layout/template is in the second. The studs always stay in the middle of the image that has to be the size of the boot (i.e. 512x512 transparent pic, with the studs in the middle in the correct layout of the actual boot, so that you can copy it onto whatever boot you have, and the studs will show up correctly on the correct model).
