Look for it in Fifa 14 thread, use Rx3 Master to import the images, if you download rx3 files then simply change the id and copy/paste to shoe folder. You can use Fifa 14 files in Fifa 13 and Fifa 12. Don`t use Creation Master to import, just copy/paste.

I don`t have the Legend 5 template, I`ll have to make that from scratch.
I already have a lot of balls and boots to update and complete, before I move to Fifa 14, so..... I don`t know ..... talk to mh25 he has his template may be he will make them.

The reason why I do that is, the file size is smaller. So I can upload and you can download faster. Importing png files to .rx3 is fairly easy if you use RX3 Master. Don`t use Creation Master. RX3 Master loads faster and saves faster than Creation Master, because it does not have to load all the other files like kits, faces, balls etc.
If you really want to edit Fifa you have to know all the tools and use them productively.
1)Organize your boots in proper folder,
2)download my boots,
3)open containers with RX3 master import png and save.
4)copy/paste to shoe folder
It won`t take you more than 1 minute to do that. (depending on you internet speed for download)

if you want to make new f50. You can use the model made by D-Up.
