Rainbow Kick

Puma1

Youth Team
Hi, I've been learning tricks over the last couple of weeks. I've nailed some of them down but I'm really having trouble with the rainbow kick. I usually get it in the air but it either goes backwards or sideways. I gotten a couple clean looking rainbow kicks out of nowhere ( felt like :jap: ) but I have no idea how I did them. Any tips on how to improve it. Well till later I'l practice, practice, practice.

Practice is just it, but it really is a useless trick. It'd be much more helpful practicing juggling or just kicking the ball against a wall. If you can get a dew friends and play small sided games even better

It's easy to defend, so unless you can get to go high and far than you're really ready. Best to do it when the defender is flat footed.
