Sorry Ramos it aint working...re-downloaded it t22 file is just a black pic...in the game the problem with the hair still occurs

hi.. ur awesome.. im starting to make face too right now.. however i need some help.. if you can help me it'll be awesome.. what program do you use to shape their heads and hairfile? because i tried using the o edit.. however i dont know how to reshape their head.. as the front, top and side view (one with dots and lines) are too small and you can't really see which one is which.. and how do you edit hairfiles? thank you very much.. if you can answer my question ramos it'll be appreciated
