But if this guy is smart enough not to use his own IP and home Pc, he could lead EA on a merry dance and play a game of catch me if you can. And could someone please fill us all in an what NDA means, is it "None Disclolsure Agreement" or does it go something like "Don't tell the suckers the facts". for gods sake these paranoid fools are only making cyber games, not high tech weapons. Yeh, i know that through disclosure a slip of the tounge could lead to heavy and costly litigation, but it is still pretty bad when the end user can't access some honest feedback from them.

Yeah, NDA means "Non Disclosure Agreement." Basically it says that you can't talk about anything that goes on behind the doors of the company. Even talking about the terms of the NDA is breaking the NDA

Laugh, if you can't even talk about the terms of the NDA agreements, how can you expect to understand em, or is it all in cryptic fine print that even a sober QC wouldn't understand, so as a reference here is a scenario, you are working in the Corporate Tomb, your mate decides to take a crap, he slips on the floor and ends up with his head jammed down the toilet, he is in a poor and dismal condition due to the water flushing up his nostrils, help is needed from outside, due to you not being very apt at retrieving stuck heads out of toilet seats, and your mate doesn't take too kindly to you tugging at his balls as you try to free him up, you whip out the trusty mobile and call 000 or 999 or whatever and then to your horror you realise that you can't make that call due to the cryptic NDA arrangement, after all the name on the door says Toilet and that door is behind the closed door deal that is stated somewhere in the fine print of that agreement, and so as your childhood mate slowly passes away in a terrible manner you say to yourself, Oh well tough luck mate, NDA is NDA, and i didn't really like you anyway I have always fancied your missus, so that there NDA isn't too bad after all is it.

The question is - will EA is supposed to give us source code to create .dll on our taste, on the EA engine basis. If u played in Half-Life (SIERRA) u must know the daughter game Counter-Strike, which was produced by Goosman on the given source code and his game is excellent! I’m sure there will be some talented guys who may create a greatest football game.
I just wonder.
